Creative Operations Assistant – Full-Time

Switch Wicked is looking for a full-time Creative Operations Assistant to help support our day-to-day design and client work. This position is ideal for someone who’s organized and creative. You’ll work directly with the owner and art director to help manage client communication, keep projects running smoothly, and assist with design tasks across a variety of media.

This is an in-person role based out of our downtown Manhattan, KS studio.

Responsibilities:

• Keep design projects organized and up-to-date in our job tracking software

• Help manage client emails, messages, and approvals

• Assist with layout, mockups, formatting, and production prep

• Prep and organize files for screen printing, digital printing, or vinyl cutting

• Support in-house brand projects with graphics, signage, or content

• Maintain digital asset libraries and organize project files

• Occasionally help with events, art installs, or promotional material

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has strong communication, time management, and organizational skills

• Is familiar with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and general design workflows

• Can juggle multiple projects and keep things moving on schedule

• Pays close attention to details and isn’t afraid to ask questions

• Enjoys creative problem-solving and learning new tools

• Can work well independently and as part of a small team

• Bonus if you’ve got any experience with print production, social media marketing, or small business operations

This role is hands-on and fast-paced, but also collaborative and creative. You don’t need to be an expert at everything — we’re looking for someone who’s excited to grow into the role and support the work we do at Switch Wicked every day.
