Fiddle Jam at Switch Wicked Studios
Switch Wicked Studios is starting up a fiddle jam! Hosted by Derrick Doty, the Fiddle Jam is not just for fiddles. It’s open to all acoustic instruments! It’s also open to all ages and skill levels. Jamming is a great way to improve your skills and build your repertoire. Rather than being genre-specific, like Irish, Bluegrass, Old-Time, etc, we'll embrace all traditional and contemporary fiddle tunes, with a focus on dance tunes.

In addition to Manhattan Brewing Company, Frog Wizard Festival is made possible through collaboration with Auntie Mae’s Parlor and Wildcat 91.9, whose student involvement and community support help amplify independent music and create meaningful opportunities for emerging artists.
This year’s event features a focused, single-stage experience on 4th Street in Downtown Manhattan, bringing regional and national touring artists together with standout local talent for one unforgettable downtown celebration.

Location: Frog Wizard Festival Grounds – 4th Street (Downtown Manhattan, KS)
Gates Open: 1:00 PM
Music Begins: 2:00 PM
End Time: 10:30 PM
This is an all-ages event. Pets are not permitted (but service animals are allowed.)
Drinks and Re-Entry: Manhattan Brewing Company will be the exclusive alcohol provider for the festival. 21+ wristbands will be issued for alcohol purchases, and under-21 wristbands will also be provided. Re-entry is allowed with your festival wristband. No outside alcohol or outside food will be permitted.
Weather and Policies: Frog Wizard Festival is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be given due to weather.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees:
Small bags only (all bags subject to search)
No coolers
No chairs or blankets
No outside food or beverages
Professional photographers must contact Frog Wizard Festival or Switch Wicked in advance to apply for a press pass.
Parking: Free street parking and public downtown parking lots are available throughout the area on Saturdays.
Frog Wizard Festival is built in collaboration with local businesses, artists, and students to celebrate independent music while supporting Manhattan’s creative and cultural community. We look forward to bringing downtown to life with you.
MHK Songwriters Showcase
Join us for the MHK Songwriters Showcase on March 13 at Switch Wicked, featuring a variety of local talent performing original music from members of the MHK Songwriters Group. The event begins at 7 PM and is open to all, with a suggested $5 donation at the door. Come out and support the local music scene in Manhattan.

This indoor market showcases local artists working across a variety of styles and mediums, from prints and zines to paintings, handmade goods, and more. With space for up to 15 artists each month, it’s the perfect place to discover new work, meet creatives, and support the local art scene right here in Manhattan.
The March 7 market will also feature live music from Grandpa Snazzy. Manhattan Brewing Company will be serving drinks, and Sisters of Sound is making the move from Aggieville to dodge the Fake Patty’s Day chaos. Come hang out, shop local art and records, and sip on a drink with us.

Early Atlas makes its full band debut alongside Nirvana Hope live at Switch Wicked! This free, all-ages show is part of the Frog Wizard Concert Series, organized by Switch Wicked Studios in collaboration with Wildcat 91.9. The series celebrates local and regional music while giving K-State students at Wildcat 91.9 hands-on experience filming, photographing, setting up, and interviewing bands.
The Frog Wizard Concert Series leads up to our annual Frog Wizard Fest, returning on May 2, 2026, in downtown Manhattan.

The Switch Wicked Summer Songwriters Series kicks off Saturday, July 12th in the alley behind Manhattan Brewing as part of their 5th Anniversary celebration.
